This “Hong Kong’s Climate Action Plan 2026: A White Paper and Public Survey”, is a comprehensive review of the city’s climate policy progress and seeks to open the discussion about other economic and industrial areas which might benefit from the HKSAR Government’s attention, ahead of the scheduled review of the Climate Action Plan 2050. To support evidence‑based policymaking, Civic Exchange is conducting an anonymous public survey to gather insights from professionals across Hong Kong’s ESG, sustainability, finance, policy, infrastructure, and built‑environment sectors.
