RTHK: A public policy think tank says Hong Kong has laid the groundwork for a hydrogen future, but turning pilot projects into commercial reality will require far more than just technology. This comes as the group Civic Exchange released its white paper titled “Convening a Hydrogen Economy Ecosystem for Hong Kong”. The think tank urged the city to link local transport needs with Greater Bay Area supply chains, leverage green finance to lower project costs and secure long-term purchase commitments from bus and freight operators. Wing Tsang, assistant manager of Civic Exchange, spoke to Hailey Yip.
